Loving my legs a little more each day :)
Currently squatting 145 lbs at 3 sets of 6 (once I can reach 8 reps comfortably I add 10 lbs). For those of you who have asked:
Height- 5’5”
Weight- 109 lbsNo I’m not dieting right now. Just eating as healthy and as much as I can combined with running a 6:45-7 min mile before lifting. Everyone is different, this works for me. 💗
